I'm not sure how close they've gotten to finalizing the rules. There has been a class for these cars at the Toledo Great Lakes Challenge every year for a while now - if you're anywhere close to there, you might want to come out for that event. There's usually quite a few cars in that class, and it's a good way to get things sorted out.

You might want to check with Steve Pond, the ROAR President, and see how close ROAR is to having a set of rules posted.

That's easy to ffix - show up for one of the club races they hold all the time, learn the track, practice, and find out what works for you. It will be FAR easier to do that under zero pressure at a club event, then with hundreds of others sharing the track with you!!! :-)

I'll be there for the GLC with camera in hand!

this is true i also have leisure hours in Joliet IL about a hour away i could run as well for practice and setup work but info sites are quiet about nitro on road at least it has been warm enough to run the old ntc3 around the parking lots around here on occasion and the tc3 indoor on carpet to get the hand eye thing back in form

I browse in here from time to time. I live in NW IN. and wanted to give you a heads up about the TEAMNITRO race club in Portage. They prep a parking lot track and have weekend races(Sunday). Several club guys run the GT cars. They will be hosting the 2nd leg of the Midwest Series Race. ALWAYS a great time at these meets. LH hosts the last race in Sept. Hope to see you around.

http://www.teamnitrorcracing.com/ Here's the web addy for the club. They are moving to new location. The property owner is very excited to have the track in and host us there. All the amenities we racers could want. Hopefully, the weather will be kind, and work can start.
